CAP ~ Community Assistance Program-Detroit

For years, River Terrace has supported the work of Josephine Collins, her team and their outreach in Detroit through the Community Assistance Program (CAP). Faith-in-Action coordinates trips to Detroit to bring clothes, food, financial and prayer support.
