River Terrace offers a weekly grief support group for those who have recently lost a loved one. GriefShare is a nationally known 14-week session with standalone DVD lessons, a workbook, and small group discussion. You may join the discussion at any point in the semester. A group of women who meet on the fourth Thursday of the month at 6:00 PM at Grand Traverse Pie Company in East Lansing (corner of Grand River & Hagadorn). Our 9:00 AM service features an organ, piano, classic Christian hymns, occasional musical ensembles, songs from the broad tradition of the church, and practical and challenging messages based on the Bible.
The Greenhouse walk-out program for kids, ages 4-11, meets each Sunday, about midway through each service.
Nursery care is provided for our youngest ones.
