October 6: Fiftieth Anniversary Celebration of River Terrace’s Move to East Lansing. We will celebrate in the gym, hearing stories of the first days in the present location, up until today, and recommit ourselves to the mission to which Christ has called us.
October 13: Anthony and Sara Sytsma, missionaries with World Renew, will share about their ministry in Uganda. Come and hear about their ministry of the past three years, and what is ahead when they return overseas.
October 20: The Storm Tossed Family – Elder Sandee DeVries, Youth & Family Ministries Director Brendan Stevens, and Pastor Ken will engage in a conversation on Russell Moore’s highly acclaimed book The Storm Tossed Family.
October 27: “Christian Faith through Generations (in a Post-Christian Society)” – Dan Denk has served in campus ministry with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship here in the Midwest, and has worked with student movements in Eastern Europe.
