YOUTH MINISTRIES
Youth Ministries Leader
Befriend and support youth group students (grades 6-12) as they walk with God and meet with them in discipleship partnerships or groups.
Youth Group Ride Provider
Occasionally provide rides for special youth events.
Youth Sunday School Teacher
Teach our youth about the basics of the faith.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES
Nursery Helper
Help to care for our youngest ones (0 – 4 years old) in the Promiseland Nursery.
Sunday School Teacher, Little Church Teacher
Teach children preschool to grade 5 using innovative curriculum.
Greenhouse Teacher
Teach children ages 5 to grade 4 during the Sunday services and emulate our worship experiences.
Kingdom Kids Teacher
Lead groups of boys or girls age 4 to Kindergarten in crafts, activities and studies.
Cadets/GEMS Counselor
Lead groups of boys or girls grades 1-6 in crafts, activities and studies in our clubs.
VBS Crew Leader/Helper
Take part in our VBS program and help with a group of kids in the summer.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT MINISTRY
Host an international student for a Sunday meal or a holiday meal or
meet at the church for conversational English sessions with international students

ADULT MINISTRIES AT RTC
Mom-to-Mom Mentor
Befriend and encourage a younger mom weekly, on Tuesdays from September through April.

Mom-to-Mom Hospitality Committee
Mom to Mom is in need of a helper to work with the Hospitality Committee on Tuesdays from 8:30 to 11:00 AM. You would be making coffee, heating up brunch dishes, serving and cleaning up along side the other volunteers. Contact Brigit Martell to volunteer.
Prayer Intercessor
Commit to pray one hour a week for the congregation, nation and world.
Friendship Mentor
Mentor and befriend adults with intellectual disabilities on Wednesday evenings.
Greeter
Greet and open the door for those who attend Sunday services. Contact Stacey Adams.
Usher
Assist people in finding seats during Sunday services. Contact Ev Stoffer.
Musicians and Singers
Participate in our worship ensemble.

ACTION TEAM
Action Team
Coordinate and implement various social action ministries and encourage Christians to put their faith into action.

Community Assistance Program
Sort and deliver food and clothing in support of this Detroit-based ministry to the unemployed and underemployed.

Crib Ministry
Give out portable cribs 2 times a month on Wednesday mornings, from River Terrace to mothers who have been referred from Christian Services. Contact the church office to volunteer (517) 351-9059.
Meals on Wheels

Attend a worship service (Celebration Fellowship) at the Bellamy Creek Correctional Facility or assist returning citizens.

Thanksgiving Food Baskets
Every October we seek volunteers to help provide groceries for a Thanksgiving dinner to a needy family in the Lansing area. Questions? Contact Stacey Adams.
Meals on Wheels Schedules
After a year and a half of once a week deliveries for home delivered meals, the Meals on Wheels volunteers have gone back to daily deliveries. We are in desperate need for new delivery people. If you are able to devote an hour any time between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Monday – Friday once or twice a month, you are the person we are looking for.
